How do you charge for windows?
FWe price window cleaning based on the size and number of panes, how long it’s been since they were last cleaned, and whether you need screens and tracks cleaned as well. Every job is unique, so we provide final pricing after an in-person visit to your property.
Do I need to be home for my window cleaning?
That is completely up to you! Some of our clients leave us with instructions for entry and exit so we can complete the job without interupting their cottage time, but if you would rather be home its always nice to chat with our customers!
Can we send you pictures or videos for a quote?
Unfortunately not, but we offer free estimates and can do the quote completely from the exterior so no worries if you aren't home. We find this eliminates pricing errors!
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
That all depends on what is going on around your home. Most of our customers complete an annual window cleaning. But some customers opt for multiple cleaning a summer due to children, animals, tree debris, pollen or they just love fresh windows!.
Are door included in my window cleaning?
Yes, doors are an essential part of our jobs, we will clean not only the glass but the frame and door itself as well.
Do you clean screens and tracks? Is it included?
Yes, we do clean screens and tracks! This is our preferred method of cleaning as these often get extremely dirty in Muskoka, but if price seems to be a problem we can remove that service for lower pricing!
What Happens if it rains?
No worries! We have a three-day-rain guarantee, if you notice any spotting reach out and we'll touch it up for free! But generally, rain does not leave spotting on clean windows, as It would on dirty windows!
Are frames included?
Yes, most definitely. All jobs of ours include panes, frames, sills, and doors.
